EliZyme for qPCR

All of the enzymes have low sensitivity for common PCR inhibitors. You can easily navigate through our enzymes according to abbreviations:

  • MIX – enzyme mix, contains dNTP and magnesium
  • Green – intercalating dye for detection without probes
  • AddROX – mix without ROX but ROX dye is included separately with the mix and can be added according to needs – check the table for compatibility with your instrument
  • LowROX – low content of ROX – check the table for compatibility with your instrument
  • HighROX – high content of ROX – check the table for compatibility with your instrument
  • HRM – high resolution melt analysis
  • OneS – kit contains reverse transcriptase and polymerase for reverse transcription and amplification in one step
  • Probe – enzyme mix for use with common types of probes like TaqMan®, Molecular Beacons® and Scorpions®
  • Genotyping – mix capable of very accurate allelic discrimination using dual labeled probes like TaqMan®
