Shipping Terms

• Frozen Shipping: Kits are shipped on dry ice via DHL or other carriers for long-distance transport.

• Short-Distance Shipping: For shorter journeys within Europe, kits are packed on blue ice and shipped via DPD.

• Temperature Protection: Kits are packed in polystyrene boxes to prevent thawing during shipment and laboratory handling.

• Shelf Life: Standard shelf life is 18 months.
