EliZyme for End-Point PCR
All of the enzymes have low sensitivity for common PCR inhibitors. You can easily navigate through our enzymes according to abbreviations:
- Red – dye for direct loading onto gel
- MIX – enzyme mix containing dNTP and magnesium
- HIFI – proof reading activity
- Robust – amplification of difficult DNA templates, GC/AT rich DNA, amplifies up to 35kB, resistant to PCR inhibitors
- HS – hot-start
- FAST – polymerase speed is up to 1kb per 1s
- OneS – kit contains reverse transcriptase and polymerase for reverse transcription and amplification in one step

EliZyme™ FAST Taq
EliZyme FAST Taq is a robust enzyme suited for everyday PCR applications including genotyping, screening and library construction. It is characterized by enhanced PCR speed, yield and specificity.

For its 3’-5’ exonuclease (proofreading) activity in PCR was EliZyme HIFI polymerase derived from Pfu DNA polymerase. The error rate of EliZyme HIFI is 100x lower than Taq DNA polymerase.
