To achieve efficient cDNA synthesis and qPCR in a single tube the EliZyme OneS Green LowROX Kit uses the latest developments in reverse transcriptase technology and buffer chemistry. Thermostable reverse transcriptase is active at temperature from 45°C to 55°C for regions containing high secondary structures. The qPCR is performed by EliZyme HS FAST DNA polymerase. Intercalating dye does not inhibit PCR.

EliZyme OneS Green LowROX Kit is used for quantification of mRNA, total RNA, viral sequences and it specifically detects extremely low copy number targets with high efficiency. Primer-dimer formation and and non-specific amplification from low copy number target sequences are avoided by antibody-mediated hotstart technology. EliZyme OneS Green LowROX Kit recommended for 1pg - 10ng total RNA or >0.01pg mRNA per reaction.

EliZyme OneS Green LowROX Kit is compatible on all real-time PCR platforms, including fast and ultra fast cycling conditions.
