EliZyme Probe MIX AddROX is a universal probe kit designed for use in all probe based real-time PCR assays. It is suitable for a multiplex assay or genotyping experiment.

EliZyme Probe MIX AddROX can be used to quantify any DNA template including genomic, cDNA, viral sequences and it specifically detects extremely low copy number targets with high efficiency. Primer-dimer formation and non-specific amplification from low copy number target sequences are avoided by inhibitor technology.

EliZyme Probe MIX AddROX is compatible on all real-time PCR platforms, including standard and fast cycling conditions.
