EliZyme™ OneS Probe Kit

The EliZyme™ OneS Probe Kit is a probe-based RT-qPCR kit that is universal, highly specific, and ultra-sensitive, designed for rapid and efficient cDNA synthesis and qPCR in one tube. The latest developments in reverse transcriptase technology and buffer chemistry enable efficient RNA quantification, including viral RNA sequences such as SARS-CoV-2, using TaqMan®, Scorpions®, and molecular beacons probes.

Key features include high efficiency in multiplex reactions, advanced RNase inhibitor, rapid extension rate for early Cq values, increased limit of detection, antibody-mediated hot start PCR, and compatibility with all qPCR platforms under standard and fast cycling conditions.

The EliZyme™ OneS Probe Kit has a wide range of applications, including diagnostic qPCR, absolute quantification, relative gene expression analysis, detection of extremely low copy number targets, and multiplex or singleplex analysis. The kit contains a thermostable and highly active modified M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RTase) and advanced RNase inhibitor to prevent RNA degradation by contaminating RNase. Antibody-mediated hot start technology eliminates primer dimer and non-specific products, resulting in highly specific and ultra-sensitive RT-qPCR with unmatched multiplex efficiency.
