EliZyme™ Probe MIX

The EliZyme™ Probe MIX is a universal kit designed for all types of probe-based qPCR assays, including TaqMan®, Scorpions®, and molecular beacons. It guarantees maximum specificity in both singleplex and multiplex assays, as well as diagnostic assays. It offers a number of features including high efficiency in multiplex reactions, rapid extension rates, market-leading sensitivity, compatibility with all qPCR platforms under standard and fast cycling conditions, efficient amplification from GC-rich and AT-rich templates, antibody-mediated hot start technology, and an option for a blue mix for easy sample visualization during pipetting.

The EliZyme™ Probe MIX and EliZyme™ Probe Blue MIX can quantify any DNA template, including genomic, cDNA, and viral sequences, with extremely low copy numbers. The antibody-mediated hot start technology prevents the formation of primer dimers and non-specific products, leading to improved reaction sensitivity and specificity. With advanced buffer chemistry and the latest polymerase technology, these mixes offer market-leading performance with minimal or no optimization. The mixes are suitable for absolute quantification, relative gene expression analysis, low copy number target genes, genotyping and allelic discrimination, multiplex or singleplex, and diagnostic qPCR.
