EliZyme™ OneS Super Probe MIX

EliZyme™ OneS Super Probe MIX is a reliable all-in-one mastermix for probe-based 1-step RT-qPCR that enables detection of both RNA and DNA target sequences. It is provided in a single tube format and offers superior target amplification even in highly diluted samples in both single and multiplex assays.

This mix contains a modified version of EliZyme™ RTase that makes it easy to store in a single tube, reducing the need for extensive pipetting during assay setup and minimizing the risk of contamination while saving time. It is extensively optimized to be suitable for all nucleic acid target types, and has been tested against common RNA viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, RSV, Influenza A and B, standard housekeeping genes like g-actin and GAPDH, as well as DNA targets.

EliZyme™ OneS Super Probe MIX is compatible with all probe chemistries, including TaqMan®, Scorpions®, and molecular beacons, and provides clear, strong fluorescence regardless of the template used. It is a sensitive, reliable, and versatile mix that can be used for diagnostic and basic research purposes.
