EliZyme™ OneS Viral Probe Kit

The EliZyme™ OneS Viral Probe Kit kit utilizes probe-based 1-step RT-qPCR to detect viral RNA with exceptional sensitivity. To achieve this, the kit has been optimized with a high-concentration 4× mix, which allows for greater sample input and increases sensitivity even when using small volume reactions. With the ability to accurately detect viral sequences down to 4 copies per reaction, this kit offers a robust and reproducible RT-qPCR process. The EliZyme™ Reverse Transcriptase in the kit enables fast and efficient cDNA synthesis up to 55°C, while the EliZyme™ HS Taq DNA Polymerase uses antibody-mediated hot start technology for specific amplification of virus-derived cDNA. The kit is universal, containing all necessary components for RT-qPCR and is compatible with all qPCR instruments and a variety of probe technologies.
